Our Squirrel Drey is where the adventure begins. Through games, crafts, stories and outdoor activities, our youngest members develop confidence, curiosity and independence while making friends and having fun in a safe and supportive environment.
Squirrels learn through exploration and play, discovering new skills and interests as they work towards a range of challenge awards and activity badges. Every meeting encourages them to try something new, build resilience and take pride in their achievements, laying the foundations for a lifelong Scouting journey.
As with all our sections, we place a strong emphasis on family and community engagement. By seeing parents actively involved in supporting their section and the wider Group, our Squirrels learn from an early age the importance of teamwork, volunteering and giving back to their community.
